Joy began her career in oil field services 10 years ago. For the past 5 years she has had a front row seat in the sub sector of Last Mile Logistics and became a certified Freight Broker in 2019. Over the course of her career she has extensive experience supporting Manufacturing, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Investor Relations. Joy leverages hard-earned, leading-edge knowledge with a deep understanding for what customers and vendors need. Her entrepreneur-style initiatives have driven results for countless customer from coast to coast.

Laura began her career in trucking and logistics over 20 years ago and has served in various facets of the industry. She has experience in large-scale logistics network operations, heavy weight freight loads, container freight stations and LTL as well as the administrative functions that support those operations. Laura holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management.

Iris began her career with international air freight over 25 years ago. She started with billing and moved into operations, working in both international import and export. She worked with cargo on passenger flights, freighter aircraft, FTL and LTL domestic freight. For the past 14 years she has specialized in FTL and LTL billing, which includes NMFC freight classification, trailer utilization rates and the proper documenting and reporting of hazardous materials.
